2021年12月25日我从BAR EXPRESS INC公司辞职，计划换一家工资更高的卡车公司。可是连续联系了几家卡车公司，得到的回答都是无法添加保险，最后还帮我咨询保险公司什么原因，得到的答复是驾照有一场还没结案的车祸记录。
On December 25, 2021, I resigned from BAR EXPRESS INC company and planned to change to a truck company with a higher salary. However, I contacted several truck companies in a row, and the answer I got was that I couldn’t add insurance. Finally, I asked the insurance company for the reason. The answer I got was that the driver’s license has a record of a car accident that has not been closed.
可是我一直都没等到Palma所说的信件，然后在教会一位熟悉法律流程的教友提示下，我支付了12美金，在Buena Park Police Department网站下载到plama警员的出警记录。
But I never waited for the letter from Palma, and after being prompted by a member of the church who is familiar with the legal process, I paid $12 to download the police officer plama’s police record on the Buena Park Police Department website.

可是我当天没有经过eastbound Orangethorpe Avenue，我是从第8街左转进入Knott Avenue，并且被撞警车也是在第8街就拦下我，然后一起进入Knott Avenue。
But I didn’t pass eastbound Orangethorpe Avenue that day. I turned left from 8th Street and entered Knott Avenue, and the police car stopped me on 8th Street and entered Knott Avenue together.
第73条，两辆车的损坏与此次碰撞所涉及的两辆车一致。被撞警车镜子离地的高度甚至都不会超过我卡车轮胎，怎么会有机会在我柜子的侧面留下一道非常细长的划痕，更不要说行驶中的卡车还有气囊增高。

1月6日我去到Buena Park Police Departmen，接待警员告诉我palma不在警局，并给了我Buena Park交通部门电话，我打电话过去，对方以我英语不好为由拒绝提供任何信息。
On January 6th, I went to the Buena Park Police Departmen, and the receptionist told me that palma was not at the police station, and gave me the number of the Buena Park traffic department. I called and the other party refused to provide any information because of my poor English.
1月10日，palma打电话过来，告诉我她不会做任何修改，如果我有意见，叫我去法院申请调取当时出警记录。
On January 10, Palma called and told me that she would not make any changes. If I had any objections, she asked me to go to the court to apply for the record of the police at that time.
1月19日，我带上大女儿做翻译去到澄县法院，拿到申请调取出警视频的表格，然后回到Buena Park Police Department，希望他们有工作人员帮我填写表格，他们说我不具备申请资格，因为我的案件没有转送到法院。正好遇见Palma在警局，警局也有一位中国警员为我做翻译，我再次详细向Palma事情经过，并且表示我是从第八街左转，当天我没有经过撞车地点。并告诉她我有人证和物证，她做出的辆车痕迹一致的决策是错误的，因为高度不一致。可是她再次表示，不会做出任何修改。但是他们会给我Palma的出警记录的视频。
On January 19, I took my eldest daughter as an interpreter and went to the Cheng County Court to get the application form for retrieving the police video. Then I went back to the Buena Park Police Department and hoped that they would have staff to fill in the form for me. They said I would not. Eligible to apply because my case did not go to court. I happened to meet Palma at the police station. The police station also had a Chinese police officer to translate for me. I went to Palma in detail again and said that I was turning left from Eighth Street. I did not pass the crash site that day. And told her that I had evidence and physical evidence that the decision she made that the traces of the car were consistent was wrong because of the height inconsistency. But she said again that no changes will be made. But they will give me video of Palma’s police call.
1月20 日，Buena Park Police Department警局有人打电话给我，叫我打电话给主管交通的shoddw警官，他才会给我BWC，我电话接通Shoddw警官后，他却告诉我联系另外的人，我再次联系，却又被告知需要去法院申请。
On January 20th, someone from the Buena Park Police Department called me and told me to call Officer Shoddw, who is in charge of traffic, and he would call me BWC. After I connected Officer Shoddw, he told me to contact another officer. Man, I contacted again only to be told I need to go to court to apply.
